At GoGoHome, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your service request. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
1. Cancellation by the Client:
- Notice Period: Clients can cancel their service request up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty.
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost will be charged.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- No-Show: If the client fails to be present or available for the service without prior cancellation, the full service cost will be charged.
2. Cancellation by GoGoHome:
- Service Unavailability: If GoGoHome needs to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund of any payments made.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: For outdoor services, if weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service, GoGoHome reserves the right to reschedule the service without penalty.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used by the client.
4. Modifications to Service Requests:
- Clients wishing to modify their service request (e.g., reschedule or change the scope of the service) should do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Modifications requested within 48 hours may be subject to additional charges.
